By registering for an account on go2cuci, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with go2cuci's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using go2cuci's Services and close your account. go2cuci reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2.1 Age Requirement. go2cuci strictly prohibits access to its Services by persons under the age of 21 years. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. go2cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the Player is found to be or to have been under the minimum age at the time of registration. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Player shall be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on go2cuci. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and update such information as required. go2cuci shall not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your go2cuci account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify go2cuci immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. go2cuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. go2cuci is not intended to be used in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing go2cuci from your jurisdiction is lawful.
3.1 Verification Requirement. In accordance with go2cuci's obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, all Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. go2cuci may also request verification at any time during a Player's use of the Services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. go2cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and FPX. Additional payment methods may be made available at go2cuci's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. go2cuci does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
4.3 Deposit Crediting. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch n Go, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your go2cuci account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. FPX bank transfers are subject to standard bank processing times.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. go2cuci reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure.
4.6 Bonus Funds. Active bonus balances may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by go2cuci are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a go2cuci account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates on go2cuci are:
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. go2cuci reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting mathematical flaws or errors in game logic to exploit a promotion, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.6 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The go2cuci welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account, regardless of the name or email used, are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on go2cuci is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
6.2 Bet Limits. go2cuci imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and Player VIP tier. go2cuci reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any game error that affects the outcome of a wager, go2cuci's decision on the resolution of the affected bet shall be final. go2cuci will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state where possible; however, go2cuci cannot guarantee restoration in all circumstances.
6.4 Disconnection During Live Games. If a Player is disconnected from a live dealer game during an active hand or spin, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Reconnection and resumption of play are subject to network conditions outside go2cuci's control.
6.5 Currency of Record. All bets, winnings, and account balances on go2cuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). go2cuci does not operate multi-currency accounts.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on go2cuci and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
8.1 Ownership. All content on go2cuci — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, user interfaces, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of go2cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. go2cuci grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. No other licence is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from go2cuci without express written permission from go2cuci.
9.1 No Warranty. go2cuci provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. go2cuci makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or completeness of the Services.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, go2cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
9.3 Cap on Liability. go2cuci's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. go2cuci shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions.
10.1 Entertainment Only. Gambling on go2cuci is intended solely as entertainment. go2cuci strongly encourages Players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through go2cuci's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by go2cuci's licensing authority.
